Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Scubabros! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s for scuba gear, apparel, or courses. Please read our return and refund policy below for more details.

General Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused conditionwith all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

  • Scuba Gear & Equipment: Items like masks, fins, wetsuits, and regulators must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. If the item has been used or opened, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or defective.

  • Apparel: Returns on apparel, such as t-shirts, hats, or jackets, will only be accepted if the items are in unused condition with original tags attached. All apparel returns will be for store credit only.

  • Classes & Training Courses: For scuba classes, courses, or certifications, we understand that plans may change. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the class starts. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, partial refunds will only be issued in case of medical disqualification or other extenuating circumstances, subject to approval. Online materials are non refundable. There is no refund for quitting or failing to meet the requirements of any course. A $40 fee will be incurred if cancellation or rescheduling is within 48 hours of class.

  • Sale & Clearance Items: All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the item is faulty or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds for Classes/Courses: If you cancel or reschedule a course as per the guidelines above, we will issue the refund amount to your original payment method pending approval.

  • Refunds for Gear/Equipment: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please return the item as described above and place a new order for the replacement. We do offer direct exchanges for scuba gear or apparel.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or worn scuba gear.

  • Opened or used training materials (e.g., manuals, online programs).

  • Gift cards.

How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, please contact us at Scubabrosadv@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method, and include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
